I am a designer and called to send flowers to a friend in the hospital. The first arrangement had glitter sparayed hydrageas, glitter ting ting and a big bow. I had asked for a stylish mass (Martha Stewart type)or high style arrangement. I called and another was sent, it was no better, was told that I am the first person to ever call and complain about an arrangement. Yeah right, I would suggest calling someone else or sending a card. Very disappointed, was told that she had been a "designer" for over 30 years. I did get a refund.
