With excitement & pleasure I entered Plush to schedule the recovering of an antique chair. We made arrangements to have the chair picked up between 11 & 12 the next day. The time came and went. When I called Plush, there was no explanation given other than my appointment was missed. The delivery crew was down in S.ATx all day & no ONE was responding to their cell phones (per the owner's mother's statement). The owner is out of town on vacation. No ONE could give me a time that someone would be at my house to pick up the chair. One employee went so far as to say there was no hurry because they would not begin work until AFTER Christmas. Of course there is no hurry. They have nearly $200 of my money as a deposit. Never mind that their customers have schedules & lives as well. STAY away from this business unless you can operate at their convenience, on their schedule, & do not mind endless excuses with no solutions proposed. Unfortunately for these people, I have several other items of furniture in need of work & would have become a long term customer.
