I wish that i had lived in the time that the owner was writing is synopsis, which was probably 10 years ago. I was promised "hotel-like service", blah blah blah. The service is just plain awful, the management people are RUDE, they truly nickle and dime you, to the point of where I think it s a scam. My appliances never work, my air conditioner always goes out. The hallways have dirty smelly carpet from 10 years ago. The beautiful "lobby" has really nice mildew stains in the carpet as you walk in and the elevators are seriously questionable. The area where they are is so dirty. Yes, you could say I move regret moving to Hamilton on the bay. If i could do it all over again I would have NEVER signed the lease here,
