Well I went in there to get my oil change and waited more than 3 hours till it was finished. Granted the people were really nice, and mabe they didn't have a certain part for my oil change and had to wait, but i was assured that they would be done at a certain amount of time, i had to get to an appointment, but I ened up having to cancel it because it was too late!
