Update to my previous review. The owner reached out and provided comped services to my group as well as a personal apology. Most importantly, she said it wouldn't happen again. So, we gave it another shot and had a great experience. I'm hopeful that it's taken care of and I can continue to go to Amenity. Kudos to Patty at Amenity for handling this so well. Good customer service, especially after an "incident," is a very rare find and definitely makes a "2nd chance" a good idea.
