I've had 6-7 massages at 22 Changes over the last 3-4 years. The massage staff changes, so when I find someone I like they're only there for 1-2 visits, and then I have to try someone else. The quality of the massage staff can vary, they tend to be less experienced here, newer ones out of massage school. In general I like the small, quiet atmosphere, with a small but comfortable waiting room, bathroom/changing room, they give you decent robes to walk around in, and the treatment rooms are nice, clean, and comfy. I can also recommend Crystal for haircuts on the salon side, she's been there for YEARS and is a very experienced stylist who listens to what you want - I really trust her.
