The owner Rick is a nice guy and fixed our heater for a reasonable price. However, he sent his plumber employee, whose name I sadly can't recall, to replace the pipe beneath our kitchen sink. All he had to do was replace the pipe from the wall to the sink in the cabinet. Nothing under or outside the house.
Total time from arrival to departure: 30 minutes.
Pipe price from home depot: $15.
Cost: $290.
My mother, a 57 year old widow, didn't know any better and paid his absurd fee.
Bottom line: If you want to support a business that abuses the naivete of old, widowed ladies, by all means hire Fairway Plumbing.
Pros: Nice owner, for whatever that's worth
