Roto-Rooter Service on 9/28/09
We called with a backed-up sewer issue and John, the service technician, came right away! Thank goodness, as we were having flooding in our basement due to the problem. He was very professional and took care of it right away. He then told us how to keep the lines cleared as we had tree roots in the line. We've called three times on some newly discovered issue in this house we bought. Every time John came out and took care of our problems in a very professional manner.
