This style of yoga is so amazing! It is a little bit different than the traditional Vinyasa,etc, but I feel so good after classes. We do everything from body, meridian tapping to stretching, to laying down meditation at the end of class (my favorite part) I'm still trying to figure out how I feel so good after classes, sometimes it doesn't seem like we do anything that hard, but I am getting stronger and more balanced, so it must be working! It's a really fun group and the instructors are really kind and caring. I'm so happy I found BnB Yoga!
