I had a leaky shutoff valve which needed replacement. The plumber, Walter #4303, arrived exactly on time. Reviewed the situation with me. Listened to what I had to say. Gave me three options plus advising me of the difficulties involved. He tried the easiest solution first..which didn't work out...we went with the next easiest solution...which worked out great. Walter was efficient, explained exactly what he was going to do and did it, took care not to disturburb my possessions, and tried not to make a mess. I was quite pleased with the end result...which was to fix the leak to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this plumbing service.
