I needed my tire fixed quickly and they also needed to be rotated. I also had been putting off having my son's car looked at. It had been acting up in multiple ways. My concern was safety and not spending a lot of money as it is very "used". So we took both cars in at the same time.
They got me in and on my way quickly. They both fixed my tire and rotated them for less than a rotation would have cost me at a dealership! I had my two teenagers with me while I waited this morning and we all left with a smile. They are very friendly and fun at Bockman's.
Later in the day I received a call about my son's car. They looked it over and listen to my request. They found some safety issues that I didn't know existed. They also gave me a no-pressure quote. I was very impressed at the level of service and attention that they gave me. They really listened. I had the information I needed to make an informative decision whether to cut my losses or invest the money in the car.
