I called Poole Roofing because they were recommended to me but from what I've experienced their reputation is unwarranted. It took a week and a half to get a returned phone call, they didn't show up when I was told they would, when they did come the guy was too hungry for lunch to work up an estimate...which took a day and a half to get back. When I asked how long it would take to get work started, the answer was "soon...I mean within a month." In general, Poole Roofing gave the impression that they were not interested in my business. A good reputation can only take you so far and unfortunately for them there are other great roofers in town. (*See my review of Ferguson Roofing)
