OMG did we ever have an experience. The Manager Chester Boyles was a complete JERK, and thats putting it in nice terms. A warranty item was purchased in his store. Part number matches, core was exchanged in the Shrewsbury store, so there is a tracking on the part. He refused to exchange it out, even though Advanced is supposed to have a main policy regarding returns and warranties on parts going bad. Very rude on the phone , and WE will never shop there again. Not to mention a letter going to corporate regarding his poor attitude and service. No stars for this store, shame it doesnt have a negative mark to post!!! Ms K more
