We purchased a high efficiency furnace, AC, humidifier and Merv 6 air filter for our new house, in June 2009.
When the units were installed, the technicians left metal shavings on the floor and pulled out some insulation and never replaced it. It took several phone calls to have the sales rep. come back out to our house. He agreed that this was unacceptable. He took some of the shavings with him and assured us that it would be taken care of... We never heard anything. I called and spoke to a manager, who scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and clean up the mess. They missed the first appointment. He called me to reschedule. When the guy showed up for the second appointment, he asked if we had a broom or vacuum that he could use because he didn't have anything with him! Unreal!
Also, the guy who did the duct cleaning after the furnace was installed made a mess and had to come back to replace a ceiling vent that he had pulled out. The ducts were not adequately cl
