I recently had an extremely positive experience with a family dental practice that I would like to share with other families in the Oak Park/River Forest/Forest Park/Riverside area. Grand Dental Associates, is in Franklin Park, a short 20 minute drive from our house. They have ample parking and the staff of dentists and hygienists are amazing - extremely friendly, great with kids, professional and service minded - their goal is to get you in the chair within 10 minutes of your appointment.
This dental office is full service - they offer general dentistry, restorative dentistry and cosmetic dentistry. As a mom of a five year old, it's great that they also offer orthodontics for when my child will be at that stage.
I brought my five year old daughter to the office for her regular 6 month check up. She received a ton of attention, goodies, and had such a great experience that she keeps asking when she can go back. The hygienist she had, Mallory Hagel, was the most enthusiastic, knowledgeable and kid focused professional we have ever come across.
I have had dental cleaning and major dental work (2 crowns) done. My dentist, Dr. Steve Napier was exceptional in technique and the process was pain free. The staff really go the extra mile to make the practice personal and family oriented. I also like that they communicate by email and telephone to remind me about my appointments.
I have referred 7 people to this practice since I started using Grand Dental Associates in October - that alone says it all.
