Usually I have a great experience at Checkers ( 31st and Washington). When I can't find it anywhere else I know they have it (in stock even). But the other day when I was there, I was trying to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, so I was looking through one of the manuels and had asked one of the employees (Jeff) for some help which he stated ok but as he walked away made a comment " We are not a library" I was so shocked to hear that cause i shop there all the time and have never been treated so badly. It was an awful experience, so awful i went next door to Auto Zone (Where i recieved excellent service)
