I visited the clinic on Smoky Hill with my infant daughter. She has a medical condition that makes her high risk for flu and other illnesses. She seemed to have smiple ear infection, but was in some pain so I did not want ot wait for her to be seen the next day. They refused to see us because of an insurance issue. Let me be clear, we have perfectly valid insurance that would cover RMUC services, however they still refused to see us. \r

I took her to the Little Clinic at the King Soopers across the road and they had no issue seeing us and it turned out she was a pretty sick little girl having not only an ear infection, but H1N1 as well. (They have limited services at the Little Clinic, but seemed to care about the patients)\r

I know and respect the fact that RMUC is in business to turn a profit, however, they seem to let that get in the way of compassion and patient care. They refused care to a very sick little girl for no reason. They would have gotten paid, they just refused to bend on a technicallity.
Cons: Rude front desk staff
