I bought a pair of vintage frames and brought them here to have my perscription put in, I was not informed of the ""policy"" of them not being respondsible for the frames if they were bought elsewhere. I paid over 100$ for the scipt that my insurance didnt cover. I was informed that the lab had screwed up the lens when they were sent back and that they were going to send them back to the lab to be corrected. I informed them that I was moving 3700 miles away and needed them to be mailed to me. Also that my insurance was ending that week....no problem...they got the frames in and the lab had cracked the frames. This place will not refund me what I paid them nor reinburse me for my broken frames. They said the only thing they can do is have my buy a new pair of frames and send them out to them and they will put in the lenses. I do not have insurance any longer and cannot afford to buy a ""new"" pair of frames. THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME OUT HERE! At least in good faith they could offer a pair of their frames at no charge for a replacement. I am now out of the cost of my frames and the cost of my lenses. I would have bought the frames from them if they didnt have such a sucky selection. F#@$ this place! Mr. Manager you BLOW! If I ever come back to Portland I will pay them a personal visit and vent this to them all over again...Mr. Manager, You are a worm!
