Worst customer experience having curtains / drapes made at The Fabric Mill in Plainview NY.
? I ordered drapes in April, did not receive finished drapes until October.
? The drapes had many defects and errors, and had to be fixed three times.
? I received a price quote 1 week prior to ordering; when I went to finalize the order I was charged $90 more.
? The owner is abrupt, abrasive and is not concerned with providing good customer service.
Have your custom drapes made at JC Penney custom decorating instead. Buy fabric at the Duralee outlet in Bay Shore (open to the public in the back of lot on 1775 Fifth Ave, Bay Shore, NY), Mill end shop in East Islip or Fabricade of Vets Hwy in Holbrook.
