I just went to Ernie's for a battery. They were very friendly on the phone and in person. They took my battery and charged it, tested it, and sold me a new one (as I expected). I waited in the waiting room with my 2 y/o son. They kindly interacted with him and gave him a toy. While I waited, I saw them interact with several clients. One lady was charged less than quoted on the phone. When she asked about it, they replied that they didn't need to do one of the services they'd quoted her after all. "Well that's even better!" she said. After today, I think I'll use Ernie's for all of my mechanic needs. They seem to treat their customers fairly and with dignity.
