I've been to this group several times and each and every time I experience the exact same thing. They will grant you an appointment rather quickly. The wait is not too long. However, the girls at the front counter are always laughing, throwing pens at each other and carrying on like schoolgirls at a pajama party. After the doctor visit it takes days and multiple phone calls to get a call back with any test results. When you do call to speak with someone, you'll get put to the voice mail of Tara - whose message states that if you call her multiple times, it will delay her call back to you. HOW NASTY! How about this? If the doctor/staff would call back promptly, there would be no need to call them MULTIPLE times!!! And another thing - why do they have these young girls call you back with important medical information - and they have NO CLUE about what they are talking about. On several occasions, these nincompoops have called me to say that everything was ok, when in fact the test results were NOT ok. They are consistently ignorant, rude and late in getting any information back to the patient...and the information has always been wrong. This practice is on the verge of a serious malpractice issue with the negligence and incorrect and untimely information they allow the NON-DOCTORS to offer. I will not trust my medical safety with these people any more.
