Until recently, I have been a loyal client to this vet clinic for all 4 of my dogs. Every time I went there, I totally felt taken advantage of due to the costs. But, I liked the care my dogs got so I kept going. Within the last 6 months, I have had to take my dogs there multiple times and spent close to 3000 if not more. My last trip that ended my relationship with them, I had to take my dog in for a bandage change and they charged me $60. When I called them about it, I would have liked them to take off a $20 charge for the assistant to stand there and hand the doctor bandages to make it $40 (a much more reasonable price). But they wouldn't. The people there do not see their clients as anything but money. I am now on the hunt for a new vet that thinks past the money for long term loyal clients.
