The first day I was there my trainer made a woman cry. I should have left then. I started with 8 other people, 10 months later, I was the last to leave. I kept thinking I could make a difference, and started to realize, one person can't change a culture.
They reward law breakers that call customers at 4 AM, they make deals with customers they don't keep, they pride themselves on calling customer's brothers, neighbors, grandparents, work to get their money.
No decent human being could ever stay working there. Sorry for upsetting your families people, I have asked God to forgive me, but I hope you do too.
Pros: Even in a bad economy, they are still hiring
