I would like to clear the record on this review. This customer came in on a weekend night and we were very busy actually to our seating capacity. (that is why they had to wait for a table to be cleaned) I was called to come in and help that night..that is why I dealt personally with this rude customer. No one has ever had to wait an hour for there food at my establishment. I am very eager to please as I was with this customer.When he came to the register and requested to pay for his drinks I checked with the cook and he stated their ticket was ready..he then stated he did not want it and that he was reporting me to the better business bureau. I then asked why..he stated because he had to wait for his food...I started laughing and told him that is not a complaint for the BBB as we all no. Can you imagine..if everyone called to report having to wait for food. I have dined at places where I wait an hour for a table.. As my customers know I try to keep everyone happy so they will enjoy their dining experience at Backwoods...but you can't please everyone. They have posted this review on several sites trying to slander/defamation of character of my business. It makes me wonder why they have so much time on their hands but don't have time to wait on good food that is prepared to order.
