First let me say I am the Owner of the Overpass not the manager. \r \r Second I did not confront you about the tip, I asked you if the service was ok, you were a regular customer and for months the wait staff has ask me to review the videos and find out what they were doing wrong because you never seemed happy and you never left more than a 1-2 percent tip, if you tipped at all. When I spoke to you I did it when no one was there and was simply trying to find out where the wait staff was failing you - I do not get any of the tips - the tip was really not the concern, and I told you that. I am sorry you took us trying to find out why a valued customer was always seemingly unhappy with the service as an insult - it was not meant as one. \r And finally you left the poopy diaper on the table in a to go box not in the restroom - we know this because we reviewed the security video after another customer complained that our waitress opened a box with a diaper in it in the dining room in front of their table and told us it ruined their meal - we were going to fire the waitress - until she told us you left in on the table and she wanted to run it out to you and was making sure it was something you forgot after you requested the to go box from her this was all recorded on the security video - and even after that nothing was said to you, even after the video confirmed you left a poop filled diaper on a table in a restaurant.\r \r We are sorry to lose you as a customer - and I again am sorry you were upset. We pride ourselves on good service and was only trying to find out why every server we have says they could not give you service to make you happy for the last several months.\r \r Take care and God bless\r Pros: Everything more
