I haven't owned this vehicle for two years yet. My center console has a plastic film covering that has began to peel and bubble. I took the vehicle in as this is a defect in the manufacturing and should be covered under warranty. Their response? I bought this vehicle and as I own it I must have done something to it. This coming from the manager! When asked how they had come to that conclusion I was told they have no idea how the film would be peeling off otherwise. So I must have used a foreign cleaner to cause the issue. WHAT?!
Rather than taking responsibility for a faulty piece they rather blame the customer. Obviously they do not make money on doing warranty work so they want me to pay to have a new center console put in. This is completely ridiculous and from here I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
