When I rented a truck from this location, I was charged for missing dollies and furniture blankets. The only problem...I didn't rent them. My movers had their own equipment. When I called and asked about the additional charge on my credit card, the owner said he observed my movers taking his equipment. I tried to explain that I had not rented any dollies and blankets from him, and they were taking own equipment out of the truck. But he insisted that they took his stuff because ""every truck comes with dollies and blankets"". If this is indeed the case, why did the clerk ask if I wanted to rent this equipment if it already came on the truck? If I did need it, was he going to charge me for something that came with the truck? I'm not sure what this guy's motive was, but I'll never rent anything from this location again.
