I can not begin to say how disgusted I am with the services that were provided by Westlake Care Center. Their staff is uncaring, rude and negligent in their responsibilities and duties. All control of medications by family members is lost because the facility handles it directly and charges you a fortune. The administrators (one in particular) was very rude during the ""Family Meetings"" and did not answer specific questions on why things requested were not being done. This person would rather tell the family that they need to learn how to ""speak nicely"". THESE WERE SPECIFIC ISSUES AND CONCERNS THAT WERE NOT BEING HANDLED BY THE FACILITY SO YES, THE FAMILY WAS UPSET AND ANGERED ABOUT THEIR LACK OF CARE BEING PROVIDED. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. There are good places out there...do your research and you will find them but this facility is not one of them. I rate this facility one star...if I could have done no stars, I would have.
