Don't ever sign an agreement with them...you can't get out of if even if you follow the terms in the contract. We have a couple of hundred boxes (200 or so) stored with them. I followed our contract (which is on autorenew - another thing to look out for!!) and gave 30+ days notice. Now they say it will be $3,500 to remove our boxes!!!\r
