I've shopped at this store since it's beginning. I've never had any issues with returns, out-of-stock items, pricing, or employees. It is not the only store in Gardner with WalMart just down the road. Vegetables are always fresh, the deli has good products, the bakery is good, and the store is kept clean. If an item happens to be out-of-stock, rain checks are happily given.
Pros: Never any problems with returns, exchanges.
Cons: Sometimes a little busy.
