I purchased a package of photo-facials and micro dermabrasion sessions from American Laser Centers after a brief consultation with a “trained” laser technician. I put ½ the fee down and scheduled my first service on Friday afternoon. Though I was assured “No one had ever been unsatisfied with a photo facial” and “photo facials were incredibly mild and safe for every skin type”, my skin suffered a severe reaction to the laser service. The redness and heat sensitivity lasted two days. \r
Monday morning I called AMC to request a refund. Management questioned the truth behind my claim- suggesting I should have taken pictures! I told the manager I was uncomfortable with the questioning and procedure and requested a refund of the money I put down. I was told the process could take four months. Four months later my refund was denied. \r
Do not use American Laser Centers. The company is not trustworthy, unprofessional and unfair. Take your business elsewhere.\r
