I'd give this location 0 stars for service (5 stars for the chicken). So 2 is sort of a compromise. I had a few mistakes here, but usually let it slide and continued going. Then a recent visit left me infuriated and I am not going back. An order mistake was discovered after I got home (I usually check but it's not easy). I told them about it and went back sometime later. An employee who messed up the order made up a story about me to make herself look innocent, which the owner/manager believed. She gets away with lying, she should be fired. I won't be back and want to warn everyone: Check your order (do their job for them), if it's wrong they'll act like you're the bad guy. It's the worst service experience I've ever had, Popeyes or otherwise.
