I've been going to the Suma Veggie Cafe for years for dietary reasons (no, I'm not a vegan) and have sent them a lot of business. Yet, they are never friendly and get downright rude when someone asks them to replenish the often empty buffet. My wife has refused to accompany me because the haughty owners.
I've tolerated their bad attitude up til now, but no more!
Yesterday, I rode there on my bicycle to get some lunch, but they have NO place outside to secure my bike. My bike is rather expensive and it would be easy for someone to steal it if left outside unsecured. So, I attempted to enter with my bike and very politely asked the old woman at the cash register if she had a safe place to park my bike inside. Despite the fact that she recognized me - a customer for nearly 10 years - she raised her voice and raised her finger at me and kept repeating in a very gruff, loud tone that the bike must stay outside. So, I said, ""Fine, then I won't eat here...not now, not ever!""
And I left, never to return.
