After the piano was delivered to my home, I called to ask when they can come to the tuning because the sale agreement says ""includes one in-home tuning within 90 days"". The person on the phone said ""we don't do the tuning"". I explained that this is for the piano I just bought. He insisted that they do not go to homes for piano services. \r \r I paid for the overpriced piano thinking that it's a reputable store. What a disappointment.
