We recently bought a car here. During the purchase was told that a maintenace book was missing and that they would get us a copy and mail it out immediately. It has been two months with numerous calls to inquire and still no book. The sales person also did not do a good job in checking to make sure the car was ready. She checked off her sheet ahead of time as if she reviewed each item, but never did. When we got home we noticed the antenna and floor mats were missing and had to go back up to get them, since they were not mailed out as promised either when we called to inform the salesperson. The lady at the front desk tried to order them for us and charge us. It would be nice if the staff was as dedicated to customer service after the sale as they seem to be while they are trying to get you to buy a car.
