Keith's is huge, so yeah, they have stuff and can deliver on items. What good is that for the average gun person that has a limited but fondness for guns? Your customer base is going to want to ask questions about merchandise. Sorry that's the deal, and when you are talking about big purchases, especially in this economy, you should be prepared as a business owner to explain whatever the customer wants to know about the gun. It's silly really. I don't mind the wait. I know they are swamped, especially when I walk in and see the number of people in that place. The problem I have is the attitude of most of his staff. If the job sucks so bad and you hate it; for goodness sake maybe gun retail is the wrong business for you. Don't take it out on the people that are ultimately paying your salary. He is still in business with terrible service because there isn't another choice in the area.
