Terrible customer service 11/24/2009

Called and let multiple voicemails regarding an invoice. No one picked up during normal business hours (local time 9-5). Aftter over a week of trying to reach someone at his business, the owner, John Cesario, called back finally (after I advised in a voicemail to contact BBB) and was extremely rude to the employees that work here. He did not apologize for not returning our call at all. He was mad at us because he said in his 50 years of business, he had not received one single complaint so he was trying to tell us that we were being unreasonable for thinking of filing a complaint about his business. I just can't believe this was the customer care that we got for ordering his products...for the company to not return any calls for over a week and for the owner to personally call us to YELL at us for thinking of filing a complaint??? \r \r Save your money for elsewhere...their products are extremely replaceable. Pros: None...all of their products can be purchased elsewhere Cons: Owner is extremely rude more
