purchased a $200 flash for my camera. used one time and it worked great. the second time, it kept shutting off. well, since I don't use the flash a lot, it had been more than 30 days since my original purchase, so they will not exchange or return. even though they advertise themselves as an authorized dealer, they will not handle the warranty repair for my flash. shame on you hooper camera. trying to disguise yourself as the neighborhood camera shop. for any purchases you might have, I strongly recommend Adorama. their prices are cheaper and they back their products!
Pros: the will sell you anything
Cons: after 30 days of your purchase, they can care less about you
