I am a frequent customer to EEZ and when I went in a couple weeks ago, there were two women sitting outside so I go in to ask to sit outside and was told I could not that they were sitting outside because they were smoking. I said well surely the waiter can handle more than one table & the manager that responded was new I had never seen her before. She was very rude, nothing I had ever experienced at EEZ before and had even previously called the owner to tell him how good a certain manager he had was. Even the hostess said ""I apologize for her."" So after several minutes of being confrontational with each other we ended up not being able to sit outside, so we ask for a specific waiter and were not given him either! However, every table beside of us had him! (ON ALL SIDES). The manager was giving us looks the entire time and my experience was very uncomfortable, so we paid and left. I have not been back since this & attempts to contact the owner about it were not successful. EEZ is the only place I go to for sushi, however I refuse to go to some where that I am not respected and valued as a customer. EEZ has lost a customer that spends a good amount of money there 2-3 times a week! Pros: great food and atmosphere Cons: lack of management & customer service more
