These guys stole my car while my passenger was in Bed Bath and Beyond. I left the premiss to grab a bite to eat while she was in Bed Bath and Beyond. The law states that if the passenger is in a store on prmiss than thy cannot remove the car. I would like to know more about the lawsuit. i have case in Small Claims court on the 11/13/09
