I just bought a 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid, which so far, I highly recommend - just don't buy from this dealership.
You can read about my experience in my blog, myexperiencewith101vermontford (add the usual front and back parts to the website address), but basically, after the salesman took my deposit, he was basically unresponsive to the many phone calls that I made to him for information. The worst though, was his failure to properly file my ""Cash for Clunkers"" paperwork, which has cost me $4500 for the value of a tradein that has a far lower book value.
In closing - Ford Escape Hybrids - GOOD,
101 Vermont Ford - BAD
Buyer Beware!
Pros: Ford makes great vehicles and they are a sales channel
Cons: Their ""filing error"" has cost me $4500+
more
