I had my hair highlighted and cut. Was unhappy with both for a number of reasons. Was offered to come back in and have the hair corrected. I went in a second time and was still unhappy with the results. My hair does not look like I had it colored and cut at a professional high-end salon. I am going to another salon to get the hair corrected. Kenneth Cote salon will not refund my money. They stated that they do not do cash refunds.
