When I first began using Oakwood Cleaners, they had coupons, gave great service and appreciated my business. Over the years, their service has gone downhill and prices have skyrocketed! My last visit expenses for one business suit and one sweater - $45 OUTRAGEOUS!! They accept NO coupons. Period. They replaced buttons on the same suit five times, due to their poor cleaning practices- keeping the suit and extra week to replace them. I have spoken with the manager and owner to no avail. The ""Greener Cleaner"" must mean PAY LOTS MORE MONEY FOR POOR SERVICE.

Cons: EXPENSIVE, damaged garments, accepts no coupons!
