I have a toddler who got his first haircut this summer at this location. The stylist did a good job (worked fast and knew how to handle a toddler). We went back for another haircut yesterday and it was an awful experience! We called ahead to make an appointment (we even got there a few minutes early). We had to wait 15 minutes after the appointed time! The front desk person allowed others who were walk-ins to go ahead of us (even after being told by one of the other personnel that we had called ahead). When my son finally got a stylist, she was not happy to do his hair. Obviously, toddlers will be upset when getting a haircut but to make matters worse, she huffed and puffed with exasperation and had such a BAD attitude! She had no idea what she was doing either! I will never go there again and it was very traumatic for my little one! more
