He is your basic 'good 'ole boy'. Did not own his own truck. Did not indicate he did not actually have the extra materials on hand that makes a move go quickly and smoothly. I have moved this home 4 times and they always included extra pads, bricks and augers in the quote. After he was paid, IN CASH, before the truck ever arrived; I was informed I would have to pay more for him to buy the materials for tie down up to code. I offered to accompany him to the supply store and pay them directly. He is a circle talker and it has been over 2 weeks and he has not come back to finish the job. The trailer also looks lopsided/ unlevel. He may know how to move a MH, but he is not someone you want to do a handshake deal with. My advice? Get someone else, he is not worth the headache. If you want to know, I paid $1600... cash
