In response to the neg review, first of Pat my manager took a nice low mile 1993 Mercedes in trade and we parked it in the back to be sent to auction. Cars of this age and ones with so many features are bound to have a number of issues. It did run and drive good but a car this old is gioing to have some defects. After Pat stayed late they came back and offered him $1200 and we gave the customer $2000 on trade and we just wanted our money out of the trade. If the car was in great shape it would have been a $4995 vehicle. Anyway they claim Pat usesd the F word and other stuff, yet they came back to take it to a mechanic, does that make since, would you? The next day they did take it to a mechanic and of course it had some issues we expected that and once agian they started running the car down even though they wanted this rare car. In the end I am not sured what transpired but Pat walked away from the deal. After they posted this reveiw I got a call from the sister of this person (Heather) and appoligized for here sister and she said this is how she can act and she also told her Pat is not the owner and she should at least correct that (never did). The main reason there so pissed is they did not get this car and you cant just find another one down the street, we paid $2000 for it and all we wanted was $2300 and they missed out on good deal.
