I took my riding mower in for maintenance and specifically told them not to complete the yearly preventive maintenance - I can do that myself. Then they called and confirmed that I did not want that service along with fixing the other problem. When I picked it up, the preventive maitenance was completed and they got mad when I wouldn't pay for it. I was firm and they knew they couldn't force me so they took it off of my bill. That was the last time I took any work to them. Cons: Completed Job incorrectly more
