I just passed southwest signs and there was a guy holding a sing that said (southwest signs owes me money). I told my wife, come to think of it they owe me money as well. I just re-instated my Better Business claim with them, the first was removed because southwest changed addresses and didn't answer any forwarded mail, phone calls or emails. I own a skateshop a couple blocks from southwest and paid them for a sign and installation. The sign fell of (yes fell off) of my building less then a year later. They actually wanted to charge to to put the thing back up. Pay for an improperly installed sign? yep I had to pay sign a rama to put the thing up right. Thanks for nothing but bad neighborly business and poor service.
