Cons: Management office is fraudulent, creative & manipulative with your statements like posting checks that you never paid,crediting and debiting huge dollar amounts and then creating late fees and charges that you cannot even challenge, abusive and unresponsive to the needs to the residents. Lack of maintenance in past 20-30 years is evident by huge leakages in the windows of each apartment but management members have selfishly poured the reserves in buying condos in the building at above market prices to protected their personal equity in their condos in the building. Insect infestation is prolific due to windows and with west nile virus looking for new victims, you never know what is next. Management intentionally devises ways to create charges and late fee and does not issues receipts even for receiving thousands of dollors worth of checks, real crooks. Garage personnel are highly unrealiable, d not be surprised to find a dent and management telling you that garage is not responsible for the safety of your automoble !!
Overall, stay away from this place.
