6 months ago, my computer crashed. Took it to Geek Squad where they told me they could fix it in store. They promptly shipped it off without authorization by me, then refused to return my hard drive. They do not, cannot, will not answer the phone. I finally got my hard drive replaced in August and am STILL waiting for my data recovery. I will NEVER do business with Best Buy again.
Cons: Terrible Customer Service, Rude Rude Rude!
